These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Node & Nectar ("we", "us") when you purchase or use our subscription services in New Zealand.

By completing payment through our checkout after ticking the acceptance box, you agree to the Terms version shown at checkout (see version identifier above). We recommend saving a copy of this page.

1. Services

We deliver the services described on our website for the plan you select (including, where applicable, AI voice receptionist, integrations, and automation). Specific deliverables may be further described in a statement of work or onboarding materials.

2. Fees & billing

Fees are charged in NZD as displayed at checkout. Billing is run through Stripe. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method according to the plan you selected.

3. Subscription & cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout. You may cancel before the next renewal through the billing channel we provide (e.g. Stripe customer portal or written notice to our team as described in onboarding). Cancellation timing follows Stripe and our fair-use policy for work already performed.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use our services for unlawful activity, to harass others, or to transmit illegal content. Voice and messaging features must comply with applicable marketing and privacy laws (including consent for outbound contact where required).

5. Privacy

We process personal information to deliver the services. A separate privacy notice may apply; contact us for the current policy if not linked from the site footer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability is limited to fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
